Here comes the boring but very important part. Purchasing from Pink Garden confirms that you have read and agree to the following terms & conditions as set out below.

Copyright

All the images and content found on www.pinkgarden.co.uk are copyright and belong to Gemma Wild. You are not permitted to copy, download, distribute, store, use, adapt or change in any way, the images or content contained within the web pages of www.pinkgarden.co.uk for any reason, without my written consent.

Delivery

I aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of receiving full payment. Should any problem arise, you will be informed immediately. I am not responsible for any delay with the delivery of your order once it has entered the postal system.

Refunds

Refunds will only be given in the very unlikely event of an order arriving damaged. Should this happen you must contact me immediately and return the item with all original packaging within 7 days of receiving it, via a secure recorded method. If damaged items are not received by me a refund will not be issued.

Returns

When returning damaged items, I will refund the item cost and return postage up to the value of the original postage rate charged.
