Pink Garden & Perlina

Pink Garden was registered and came alive back in May 2004. It started off as an active way for me to learn how to create and structure a live web site. I wish I had an interesting story about how the site got it’s name, but it’s just two random words moulded together and ‘Pink Garden’ was born.

For a short while, Pink Garden was a shopping directory of retailers based in the United Kingdom. Because I hadn’t discovered the genius that is PHP, MySQL or scripts yet, I created a HTML page for every single main and sub category. That was over 100 pages!

Now, Pink Garden is my own personal home on the internet, showcasing my hobby of designing and maintaining web sites, as well as offering free services & stuff for visitors.

I also make unique, handmade beaded jewellery and have my own online store called Perlina. It’s a showcase for all my beaded bracelets, earrings, necklaces & pendants where visitors can purchase what’s there or request custom orders. I am always trying new ideas.
